We are looking for an experienced and bilingual (French and Spanish) Project Manager to lead the execution of a 25 MW peak solar energy project in the Madrid/Albacete area, with an expected start date in April 2025, with minimum duration of 1 year.
This position will require coordinating all phases of the project life cycle, ensuring on-time delivery, adherence to budget, and meeting high-quality standards.

As part of a team collaborating with Eiffage Énergie Systèmes and Sun'R, the Project Manager will play a critical role in driving the success of renewable energy projects in Spain.

Key Responsibilities:
Project Initiation and Planning: Develop detailed project strategies, including schedules, resource allocation, and financial plans, while ensuring alignment with organizational goals and client expectations.
Stakeholder Communication: Act as the key liaison between clients, internal teams, subcontractors, and local authorities, ensuring clear and timely communication in Spanish, French, and English.
Team Leadership: Oversee multidisciplinary teams, including engineers, procurement specialists, and contractors, ensuring alignment and accountability throughout the project life cycle.
Risk and Issue Management: Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies to maintain timelines and budgets.
Regulatory Compliance: Ensure adherence to Spanish environmental, construction, and energy regulations while meeting European standards for renewable energy projects.
Performance Tracking: Use KPIs to monitor progress, quality, and budget adherence. Prepare comprehensive reports for internal stakeholders and clients.
Budget Control: Manage and optimize project expenditures while ensuring high-quality outcomes. Address budget deviations with proactive corrective measures.
Vendor and Contractor Oversight: Manage vendor relationships and evaluate contractor performance, ensuring work meets contractual and quality standards.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Project Management, Renewable Energy, Engineering, or a related field.
5+ years of project management experience, preferably in renewable energy or infrastructure projects.
Proficiency in project management tools (eg, MS Project, Primavera) and a strong understanding of PV systems and grid connections.
Fluency in Spanish and French (spoken and written) is required; English proficiency is also essential.
Availability to work in the Madrid/Albacete area, with travel to project sites as needed.

Desired Skills:
Certification in project management (eg, PMP, PRINCE2).
Experience working on international projects with cross-cultural teams.
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate diverse teams.
Knowledge of Agrivoltaic Systems and their integration with agricultural land is an advantage.

Additional Information:
Expected start date: April 2025.
Duration 1 year, Extension possible ( more projects are coming)
Primary location: Madrid/Albacete area, with frequent travel to project sites.
