This is a *Amsterdam* based role with an excellent immediate start within a global FMCG brand working on *supporting business units, document project goals, KPIs, and roadmaps, and ensuring smooth execution*.

Job Description:
Our client is looking for a Senior Project Manager to oversee governance and project management within the Tech Standards sub-department. This role involves working with teams to support business units, document project goals, KPIs, and roadmaps, and ensure smooth execution. The role may also involve managing external vendors and stakeholders.

The Project Manager will track progress, mitigate risks, and ensure projects align with business priorities and strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead project/change management activities.

  • Oversee end-to-end project life cycles.

  • Manage low-to-medium complexity global projects.

  • Support adoption of changes through training and education.

  • Engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.

  • Track progress and ensure proper project closure.

Focus Areas:

  • Rollout of Jira for Project, Program, and Work Management.

  • Training and education on Jira best practices.

  • Improving planning and reporting processes beyond spreadsheets.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree.

  • Experience in project/change management and stakeholder engagement.

  • Knowledge of Jira and project management tools.

  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
