Job Description

Project Manager - Insurance
London, Hybrid (3 days in office, 2 Remote)
£85k, DoE + 20% Bonus + excellent benefits
Project Manager with business operations experience is required to join successful Lloyds of London Insurance firm. In this role, you will provide oversight and guidance to key project management documents.

Key responsibilities of the role

  • Oversee delivery of the CEO's PM team project portfolio.
  • Manage the Project Management team development and resourcing capacity
  • Develop Complex projects providing a clear project scope and high-level plans, when required.
  • Provide effective leadership to the Project Management team
  • Act as the companys external representative when interacting with consultants and potential suppliers regarding assigned tasks.
Skills required:
  • Experience of managing multiple large/complexity projects, preferably in the Insurance Sector.
  • Experience in delivering successful M&A Acquisition/Integration Projects
  • Experience of leading a team with the ability to coach and encourage others.
  • Experience in managing the delivery of multiple projects
  • Project delivery focused with excellent organisational skills
  • Ideally be a certified Scrum Master
