Project Finance Analyst - Architectural Firm - City of London

A chance to join an established Architectural Practice based in the City of London that designs commercial & residential properties for clients. The company is looking for a Project Finance Analyst with strong Excel skills (preferably VBA, SQL, PowerPivots) to join their FP&A team. Based in the City of London, it is an easily commutable and accessible business from anywhere in London.
Your new role

• Project Fees: Reviewing fees, extracting data for the Sales Ledger Clerks to prepare sales invoices, reconciling income vs expenses, supporting the FP&A manager with project reconciliations & month-end analysis
• Project costs: Posting subcontractor invoices, cost accruals, monthly write-offs, month-end cost analysis
• Data Analysis: Maintaining financial models, creating financial models and creating dashboards
• Financial reporting: Preparing financial reports, preparing project reports for directors & management
  
  

What You'll Need To Succeed

• Excel: VBA, PowerPivots, SQL
• Strong analysis skills / experience
• Finance / Accounts / Computer Science degree beneficial but not essential
