The Role
You'll play a crucial role in managing project timelines, coordinating stakeholders, and keeping everything running smoothly. Responsibilities include:
Supporting project planning, budgets, and tracking progress.
Managing project documentation and ensuring seamless communication.
Organising meetings, taking minutes, and following up on key actions.
Assisting with user training, testing, and implementation of new initiatives.
What We're Looking For
Experience: At least two years in a project coordination or administrative role, ideally within a professional services firm.
Skills: Strong organisation, problem-solving, and communication abilities.
Tech-savvy: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio). Familiarity with legal IT systems is a plus.
Qualifications: A Project Management certification (APM, PRINCE2) is desirable but not essential.
