Salary: £35-45,000 dependent on experience

Also open to Architectural Technologists/ Technicians with strong Revit skills

I am delighted to be actively supporting a successful architectural practice in Cambridge who have cultivated a supportive and collaborative working environment where innovation thrives. Their expertise lies within residential and retail projects, however they expanded their portfolio to cover sectors such as industrial, commercial leisure projects as well. Joining this well-established practice offers great career progression, support for professional development and a chance to work across a mix of exciting projects. with a busy project pipeline and investment into their technical capabilities they are currently seeking a technically minded Project Architect to join their friendly team in Cambridge.

The successful Project Architect must have proficiency in Revit with a range of project experience in sectors such as industrial, retail and commercial and boast creativity with a keen eye for detail.

Skills, Experience and Responsibilities for the role of Project Architect:

  • ARB registered
  • Several years of post Part Three qualification experience in the UK
  • Proficiency in Revit is essential
  • Strong portfolio across a mix of projects and scales
  • Thorough knowledge of current building regulations
  • Attend and input to site meetings
  • Deliver drawings across the RIBA stages
  • Liaise confidently with clients contractors and other stakeholders
  • Strong technical ability
  • Assist with managing a small team
  • Job running experience
  • Confident communicator both written and verbal
  • Driven with professional development
  • Up to date with latest technologies and designs
  • Passionate about incorporating sustainable design principles
  • Live locally to the Cambridge and surrounding area
  • Keen to input to company growth and success
