Program Manager (New Initiative)

• Based in Brussels
• Hybrid working: 50% onsite & 50% homeworking
• 20 -month contract
• 750€-850€ per day
• Must be fluent in French and Dutch ( with good English)

Mission context

The tribe Customer Servicing and Efficiency' plays a key role in the development and delivery of innovative solutions to support the bank in its strategic ambitions related to accessibility, and efficient and qualitative customer servicing. Chatbots are a key enabler in this ambition. The ambitious Chatbot initiative is considered as a flagship and key enabler to increase customer satisfaction through greater convenience and efficient interactions.

We are searching for an experienced Initiative Owner to steer the Chatbot initiative'.

Function description:

The main accountabilities of the Initiative owner are:

Responsible as customer/stakeholder Proxy for the scope of the initiative.

Manages the E2E life cycle of the initiative. Orchestrate and follow-up on all initiative-related activities (cross-constructs, cross-teams/tribes ).

Works in close collaboration with other initiative roles and the Tribe Roles.

Active during the whole life cycle of the initiative, up until all the features that were defined within the initiative have gone live successfully.

Steers the initiative core team & related governance.

More concrete:

Defines the strategy and market vision of their initiative.

Defines and prioritizes the different outcomes

Consolidates estimates made by contributors to implement the initiative.

Manages the positioning and monitoring of the initiative together with the impacted SCS, tribes and COEs.

Defines and measures objectives and KPIs of the initiative and opuses.

Ensures the shared knowledge and understanding across the different impacted constructs.

Manages risks and impediments at the initiative level.

Manages the outcomes ideation and refinements together with the impacted PO (objective, scope, quality, budget and timeframe)

Monitors the progress (Scope, Quality, Budget, Timing) of the different outcomes from initiation to development, testing and going to market.

Language requirements - Fluent French and Dutch (good English)

Knowledge and skills

In-depth knowledge of business strategies, business processes, products, systems, culture and organization. Attention to risk and regulatory impacts.

Thorough knowledge of the environment in which it operates, processes, products and assets

Product management, change and techniques management for organizational development

Able to manage a portfolio of outcomes with x-tribes' dependencies
