Program Manager Data Analytics/CRM vacancy for a globally operating Zurich based company in the technology sector.
Your tasks:
- Partnering with cross-functional teams to launch dealmaking and compliance operations in specific markets
- Scoping existing projects with cross-functional leaders, including S&O, partnerships, legal, and finance
- Working with scaled workforce to scale template creation, connect data and coordinate automation
- Leading process and execution of feature development in the CRM system
Your experience/knowledge:
- 5+ years of experience working in program management
- Experience with CRM tools, scaled workforces, data and SQL is preferred
- Know-how of the news industry is preferred
- University degree or equivalent practical experience
- Language skills: English - fluent in written and spoken
Your soft skills:
- Excellent communication skills with attention to detail
- Adaptability, flexibility, capability of working both independently and in teams
- Analytical and solution-orientated thinking
