This is a *Amsterdam* based role with an excellent immediate start within a Global Technology Client that is working on their largest digital and technological transformation program.

Overview:
Join a top organization on its Finance transformation journey as a Program Manager. You'll play a crucial role in reshaping the Finance function, with a primary focus on the Record-to-Report (R2R) workstream.

Responsibilities:

• Lead R2R Workstream: Coordinate transformation plans, timelines, and resources.
• Roadmap Ownership: Develop, track, and report on Finance Transformation plans, mitigating risks as needed.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with Global Process Owners, HR, and Change Management for alignment.
• Transition Planning: Oversee the transition from current to future finance operations, ensuring readiness and smooth handover.
• Model Design: Contribute to detailed design and documentation of finance operating models.

Requirements:

• Education: Master's degree or equivalent experience
• Experience: 5-12 years in finance transformation, ideally with multinational companies
• Skills: Strong stakeholder management, hands-on approach, structured work style
