This company has recently opened a site in Limavady and has a new opportunity for a Production Administrator to join their team.

Your new role
As Production Administrator, you will perform administrative duties associated with the production schedule, ensuring it is updated and any changes are communicated to the relevant teams. You will assist with ensuring factory equipment and tools are maintained and paperwork is collated. As Production Administrator, your key responsibilities will include tracking progress of production and maintaining up-to-date records to meet targets within the delivery schedule. You will review production status alongside Team Leaders and develop reports for weekly production meetings. Manage schedules of production priorities and distribute them to Team Leaders. Attend production meetings with senior management. Liaise with project managers and stores team to ensure stock levels can facilitate the production schedule. Order consumables and materials as needed for a busy factory. Communicate with internal teams providing them with accurate information on production status. Monitor and organise the maintenance of equipment and tools, including paperwork. You will also liaise with the Logistic Co-ordinator and assist with administration tasks as required.

What you'll need to succeed
As Production Administrator, you will have Grade C or above in GCSE Maths & English (or equivalent qualification) and be able to demonstrate previous experience in a similar role. You will be proficient in MS Applications: Excel, Word, Outlook and be confident communicating with people at all levels via verbal and written forms. You will have the a bility to thrive in a busy work environment and adapt to changing priorities. A full current driving licence and access to a car is essential.
