Product Manager (m/w/d)
Global Category Management Your Role:

• Shape the innovation category strategy and generate new product concepts (Product Roadmap)
• Manage the implementation of new product concepts through the development process
• Manage and develop the category portfolio including product and price positioning
• Scout trends through industry relevant fairs, strategic suppliers, market research, consumer insights, social media, market and competitor analysis and transfer the knowledge into proposals for further proceeding
• Transfer concepts into product briefings and monitor the USP and key claims through the development process
• Manage global portfolio and actions for product life cycle management including monitoring of KPI's
• Provide marketing briefing for Go-to-Market process
• Build up relationship with strategic partners and customers in the industry
• Manages Global Sales training on a regular base about new products and existing portfolio
• Consult the Global Sales Team on product-relevant topics

Your Profile:

• Degree in Business Administration or Marketing with focus on Product Management
• Several years of experience in Product Management of Consumer Goods, especially Beauty Industry desirable; market knowledge in Asia would be a great benefit
• Methodological, analytical and creative capabilities
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Fluent in English, German would be beneficial
• Structured, problem-solving and result-oriented approach
