Role Overview:

Reporting to the Customer and Technology Operations Director, the Product Manager will be responsible for executing predefined projects that introduce new products or enhance existing ones within the connectivity solutions portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Product Strategy and Roadmap:

    • Execute the defined product strategy and roadmap for connectivity solutions.
    • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify market opportunities and trends.
    • Build business cases to validate project assumptions.
  • Product Development:

    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, operations, sales, and marketing, to develop and launch new products and features in line with the PRProduct Framework.
    • Prioritize product features and enhancements based on customer feedback, market demand, and business objectives.
    • Create detailed product requirements documents and user stories.
  • Product Lifecycle Management:

    • Deliver projects as defined by the Customer and Technology Director where a product has reached the end of its life.
    • Monitor product performance and customer satisfaction, making data-driven decisions to improve the product.
    • Ensure products comply with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Customer Engagement:

    • Serve as the primary point of contact for customer feedback and inquiries related to connectivity products.
    • Conduct customer interviews, surveys, and usability testing to gather insights and validate product concepts.
    • Work closely with sales and customer support teams to address customer needs and resolve issues.
  • Performance Analysis and Reporting:

    • Analyze product performance metrics and generate regular reports for senior management.

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

  • Experience in product or project management, preferably in the telecommunications or Internet service industry.
  • Strong understanding of B2B connectivity solutions, including broadband, fiber, and wireless technologies.
  • Proven ability to execute product delivery projects.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies and product or project management tools.
  • A customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
