We are looking for a Product Manager / Customer Success Manager whose primary focus
is to ensure our students achieve their career goals through our learning programs.
Aufgaben
- Collect and analyze student feedback to understand their needs, challenges, and learning experiences.
- Transform feedback into actionable product enhancements, working closely with engineers to implement and refine features.
- Develop efficient, scalable methods to communicate with thousands of students using various communication channels.
- Use deep customer insights to craft effective marketing messages and suggest improvements to communication strategies for current and potential customers.
- Gather and promote student success stories to showcase the impact of our programs and engage a wider audience.
Profil
- Proven Record: Experience in building or launching products from concept to completion, with metrics and success stories to showcase your impact.
- Visionary & Execution Balance: Ability to bridge the gap between big-picture thinking and practical execution.
- Problem Solver: Resourceful and proactive in tackling challenges head-on.
- Empathetic Communicator: Strong interpersonal skills and a deep desire to connect with people and help them succeed.
Your Background:
- At least 3 years in product management or similar roles, with a focus on customer insights and feedback.
- Experience in IT and/or the educational sector.
- Experience in community building and creating impactful customer experiences.
