Job Title: Process Support / Business Analyst.

Rate: Up to CHF116.64 per hour (8 hours per day/40 hours p/week) depending on experience.

Your main duties as an Process Support / Business Analyst will include:
- Support the project lead and integration teams in achieving defined project milestones.
- Facilitate communication and seamless knowledge transfer between project teams, stakeholders, and external partners.
- Analyze project data to identify inefficiencies, propose process improvements, and drive actionable insights.
- Ensure alignment of stakeholder expectations with project objectives, focusing on data integrity and operational efficiency.
Additional duties will include:
- Coordinate with external project support teams to ensure timely and successful task completion.
- Contribute to the standardization of documentation and data exchange practices (e.g., DEXPI).
- Assist in implementing and optimizing engineering design tools and software integrations (e.g., Autodesk CC, BIM360, Aveva).
- Provide ongoing support for the integration of document management (COMOS), validation (Kneat), and maintenance systems (SAP PM).
Your Background:
- Strong understanding and experience with engineering design tools such as Autodesk CC and Aveva.
- Proven expertise in project management and process improvement methodologies.
- Advanced skills in documentation and data analysis, with attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Familiarity with CAE tools (preferably COMOS), SAP maintenance structures, and data standardization practices.
- Proficiency in project management tools, excellent communication skills in English, and knowledge of operational readiness processes.
