Problem Manager - RCA/ITIL/ITSM

A highly secure and mission-critical organisation is seeking an exceptional Problem Manager to ensure the seamless operation of essential IT systems. This role is of paramount importance, requiring a strategic and analytical mind to identify, analyse, and eliminate the root causes of IT disruptions.

The Problem Manager will play a vital role in safeguarding critical infrastructure, preventing incidents before they occur and ensuring lasting resolutions to recurring issues. Operating within a complex and high-security environment, the Problem Manager will oversee the full life cycle of IT problems, conducting in-depth investigations, performing Root Cause Analysis, and implementing preventive measures. This position demands expertise in ITIL best practices, particularly in Problem, Incident, and Change Management, as well as strong IT Service Management tooling experience.

The ideal candidate will have noteable experience in Problem Management within a large-scale operational environment. Familiarity with technologies such as Flink, Kafka, Microservices, Kubernetes, and Elasticsearch, will be highly beneficial. Certifications such as ITIL Foundation and Prince2 Practitioner are desirable.
