Principal Deputy Head
Charterhouse seeks an outstanding Principal Deputy Head to take up a new and important role, leading and co-ordinating the development of all aspects of the educational provision of the School - academic, pastoral and co-curricular. Reporting to the Head (who is also the CEO), the Principal Deputy Head will chair the School's Senior Leadership Team and lead a talented group of Deputy and Assistant Heads as a proactive champion of excellence and innovation. The Principal Deputy Head will take day-to-day responsibility for the quality of the Charterhouse education and of the pupil, staff and parent experience.
The successful candidate will combine a track record of highly successful leadership experience with strong academic and emotional intelligence, as well as the ability to work collaboratively in such a way as to inspire pupils, staff and parents, and will be ready for the next step of their leadership career.
