Your new role
Inyour new job as a teacher with Hays, you will play an essential role increating a safe and supportive learning environment where children can explore,learn and grow. You might be delivering pre-planned work to cover PPA time ortaking on longer-term placements which include planning and marking. You'llfoster positive relationships with children, parents and colleagues andcollaborate with other staff members toenhance the overall learning experience of the young people.

What you need to succeed
Tobe successful as a Teacher with Hays, you will hold Qualified Teacher Status(QTS), Early Years Teacher Status (EYTS) or a Level 6 Early YearsQualification. As well as recent experience working in a school setting, you'llneed to have excellent behaviour management skills and be prepared to supportchildren with EHCPs or who speak English as an additional language. Mostimportantly, you will be adaptable toworking in different environments and confident stepping in to a new school!
