Presentations Specialist
Location: London, 5 days in-office
Contract: 12-month contract
Rate: £200-£230 per day (via Umbrella Company)
Job Summary:
A leading financial institution is seeking a skilled Presentations Specialist to join its London team. This intermediate-level role involves creating a range of high-quality presentation materials, including pitch books, information, and live deal materials, to support investment and corporate bankers. Working closely with internal clients and project coordinators, the successful candidate will ensure materials are visually compelling and compliant with brand guidelines.
Responsibilities:
- Produce a variety of client-branded materials (eg, PowerPoint pitch books, Word documents, infographics) using advanced MS Office skills.
- Collaborate with presentation specialists and project coordinators to enhance the visual impact of client materials.
- Ensure adherence to brand guidelines, advising clients on branding and presentation best practices.
- Perform quality control on own work and assist with team QC tasks.
- Manage deadlines and requirements in collaboration with clients and workflow staff.
Requirements:
- Considerable presentation support experience in a corporate, service-oriented setting, ideally within finance.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word); Adobe Creative Suite experience is advantageous.
- Exceptional attention to detail, creativity, and ability to deliver in a fast-paced environment.
