Practice Managers (veterinary experience)

We are working with a well-established and highly regarded veterinary practice in Huddersfield, dedicated to providing exceptional care for pets and animals in their community. They are currently looking for an experienced Practice Manager with a background in veterinary practice to join their lovely team and lead the day-to-day operations, ensuring the smooth running of our practice and the highest level of service for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the daily operations of the veterinary practice, ensuring efficient and effective delivery of services.
• Manage and support a team of veterinary professionals and support staff, providing training, supervision, and performance management.
• Handle budgeting, financial reporting, and ensuring the practice meets its financial targets.
• Ensure excellent customer service and maintain strong relationships with pet owners, handling any client concerns or issues.
• Ensure the practice complies with all relevant legislation, regulations, and health and safety standards.
• Oversee stock control and ordering of veterinary supplies, ensuring the practice is fully equipped.
• Continuously identify opportunities for improving the practice's efficiency, client satisfaction, and staff development.

Requirements:

• Veterinary Experience: Proven experience working in a veterinary practice is essential.
• Management Skills: Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills, with the ability to manage a team effectively
