r client, a well-established GP practice in Plymouth, is seeking a skilled Locum GP to join their supportive and friendly team. As a Locum GP, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality primary care services to the practice's patients. You will work alongside a diverse clinical team, including GP partners, Advanced Clinical Practitioners, Nurses, and Allied Health Professionals, to deliver comprehensive and patient-centred care.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical assessment, diagnosis, and treatment to patients.
• ASAP start offering 6-8 sessions a week
• Manage chronic conditions and acute presentations.
• Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to ensure continuity of care.
• Participate in clinical meetings and quality improvement initiatives.
• Maintain accurate and timely medical records using EMIS Web

Requirements

Full GMC registration and MRCGP qualification
