Plumber (Housing)

About the role:

To work as part of a team assisting in the delivery of the Councils Responsive Maintenance Service by carrying out repair and maintenance work on domestic dwellings and related assets work normally accepted within the building industry as that of a Plumber, excluding work on gas, oil or solid fuel appliances

About you:

• Plumbing level 2
• Ability to make decisions as to the most cost effective medium - long term repair solution in the majority of situations ability to work as part of a team
• Full driving licence

What you will do:

• All work considered plumbing repairs and maintenance on our housing assets
• Any other works necessary
