Plumber (Corporate)

About the role:

This is a role to be filled after the previous incumbent was promoted internally. The role is varied and demands a fair amount of travel across the whole of Powys to cover Legionella inspections and remedial works across all corporate buildings. The successful candidate must be able to work mainly on their own but will have the backing of a team within the Corporate property department

What you will do:

The job is predominantly legionella based inspections at all PCC corporate sites, this will involve inspecting and preparing water systems and equipment to ensure the Legionella bacteria is controlled in all systems. This will involve access to plantrooms, wash rooms etc and the use of PCC systems to record and monitor the inspection procedures.
