Job Description

We're looking for a Plumber to join our FM teambased in Wiltshire.

Location: Wiltshire - MultiSite. This is a mobile role. On Call hours are required - rota tobe agreed upon hire.

Contract: 40 hours per week.Monday to Friday. Permanent.

What will you be responsiblefor?

As a Plumber, you'll be working within the Facilitiesteam, supporting them in PPM's and reactive maintenance acrossthe Client estates.

Your day to day will include:

  • Install, repair, and maintainplumbing systems, fixtures, and appliances.
  • Diagnose and resolve plumbingissues across commercial properties.
  • Ensure compliance with health andsafety standards. Participate in an on-call rota forout-of-hours emergency repairs to make safe plumbing and fabricissues.

What are we lookingfor?

This role of Plumber is great for youif:

  • Proven experience in commercialplumbing.
  • Valid driving license.
  • Ability to work independently andas part of a team. Flexibility to be part of anon-call rota for emergency call-outs.
