Your new companyOur client is a reputable Housing Association committed to providing high-quality housing and maintenance services to domestic properties. We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced maintenance plumber to join our team on a temporary basis.
Your new roleYour responsibilities will include both the installation and maintenance of plumbing works on residential properties, including;

Performing general plumbing work, including fixing issues with existing plumbing works.

Installing new plumbing works as required.

Conducting routine inspections and maintenance of plumbing works.

Responding to emergency plumbing issues promptly and efficiently.

Ensuring all work is carried out in compliance with relevant health and safety regulations.

What you'll need to succeedOur client is looking for a plumber whose background is maintenance plumbing and is comfortable in a maintenance environment, working with members of the public. Successful candidates will preferably have experience in maintenance plumbing in residential as well as commercial properties.Main requirements:

• Proven experience as a maintenance plumber
• Relevant plumbing qualifications (e.g. NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Plumbing)
• Valid drivers' licence
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Good time management and organisational skills
• Attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality workmanship
