Job Title: Plasterer - Maintenance (Permanent)
Location: Leeds & West Yorkshire Area
Salary: Competitive Salary + Van & Fuel Card + £1,000 Bonus in May
Contract Type: Full-Time, Permanent
We are looking for an experienced Plasterer to join our team, providing maintenance services across the Leeds and West Yorkshire area. You'll be responsible for carrying out a variety of plastering repairs and maintenance work on residential properties in the region, working to high standards and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:

• Carry out plastering repairs, re-skims, and general maintenance work across residential properties in the Leeds and West Yorkshire area.
• Complete tasks efficiently and to a high standard.
• Report directly to the Maintenance Manager, ensuring work is logged and compliant with quality standards.
• Provide excellent customer service to residents and tenants.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a plasterer, with knowledge of maintenance work in residential settings.
• Full UK driving license (van and fuel card provided).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Immediate availability to start.
