Your new company

I am currently seeking to hire additional Planners / Planning Managers who can incorporate themselves into the company and help to coordinate ongoing work and ensure effective and efficient delivery of its products. With local offices in the Northwest (Derry and Donegal), this company can offer you a busy and fulfilling career path operating in a growing sector of data centre development.
Your new role
You will be responsible for managing and leading complex modular data centre programs which consist of high-level pre-engineered, prefabricated components in a factory as well as site construction.
Ensure that all required resources such as planning, engineering, production, finance, sourcing, logistics and construction are complete for the program. Plan, direct, and monitors the program budget and serves as one of the primary customer contacts for program information. Have overall accountability for desired program goals, budget, compliance, and safety.
The team is already established in Croatia and are looking forward to working alongside a newly established team in Ireland to share best practice.
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this position, you must be a highly motivated and career-minded individual who is seeking an opportunity with a company who can provide longevity and career development. You must be commercially aware and technically proficient or using Construction Planning software, essentially having working experience of Asta Power project, Microsoft Project or P6 Primavera. Ideally, you will have experience working on large scale infrastructure / civil engineering, construction or mechanical projects. You will have proven experience of managing information in an orderly fashion as well as previous experience and ability to work to tight deadlines and be capable of liaising with multiple teams.
