In order to succeed in this role, you will need to meet current accreditation standards for Class 2(A-F) in Building Control. You'll have proven experience in a similar building control position, and be able to demonstrate a strong understanding of legislation and procedures.
What you'll get in return
In exhange, an hourly rate of between £55 - £60 per hour will be available and paid to you on a weekly basis across the duration of your contract. This is a long-term position which will likely run for a minimum of 12 months, providing you with continuity and peace of mind in work.

Your new company
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Building Control professional to join a team based in the Oxfordshire region to undertake plan checking on a part-time basis. Working within the public sector, you will join an organisation which has a statutory responsibility to provide a wide range of building control services across the county, with involvement in domestic and commercial building projects which have been designed to meet a corporate vision and service transformation plan.

- Conducting plan-checks to ensure compliance with building regulations and standards.
