Key Responsibilities:

• Patient Assessment & Treatment: Independently assess, diagnose, and develop tailored treatment plans for patients using evidence-based practices.
• Care Planning: Set SMART goals in collaboration with patients, guiding them through their recovery process with a patient-centred approach.
• Clinical Documentation: Maintain accurate records in compliance with HCPC regulations, including completing medical reports when necessary.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with other healthcare professionals to provide coordinated and effective care.

Essential Criteria:

• HCPC Registered Physiotherapist
• BSc in Physiotherapy (or equivalent)
