Philanthropy Manager
Salary: £33,600 - £36,000 (FTE £42,000 - £45,000)
Contract: Permanent 28 hours 4 days per week
Location: London SW19 office 2 days pw
Closing date: 11 December

We have a great opportunity for a Philanthropy Manager working for the amazing Royal Medical Benevolent Fund, reporting to the Head of Fundraising and Comms. The Philanthropy Manager has an opportunity to raise funds to support doctors, medical students and their families with financial help, mental health support and practical advice when they need it. There is also a generous training budget if you are looking to progress after the Philanthropy Manager role. The Philanthropy Manager is required to be in the SW19 office 2 days per week with free on-site car parking to support your commute.
As part of this exciting role, you will be working in the small and friendly fundraising and communications team you will use your experience to identify, attract and cultivate new donors.
To be successful as the Philanthropy Manager you will need:
- Ability to think strategically to identify potential donors and develop effective fundraising strategies.
- Highly motivated with a proven track record of delivering income against targets
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain donor relationships
