Job Description
PFI Project Manager working in Dudley

Our client is recruiting a new Project Manager to join the PFI Healthcare team to lead the management and delivery of project work on time and within budget, generating and executing various projects on customer sites.
What are the main responsibilities?You will work to deliver project plans and act as a trusted advisor to the on-site team and stakeholders, ensuring compliance of CDM Regulations and QHSE practices. As the point of contact on-site, you will oversee the day-to-day project operations including costs, business cases, documentation and the overall P&L responsibilities.
You will also:

  • Manage tenders and subcontractor work, including RAMs.
  • Identify and manage project risks.
  • Plan for project mobilisation and delivery.
  • Build strong relationships with customers, site teams, and internal departments.
  • Implement construction phase plans.
  • Complete O&M manuals before practical completion.
What are we looking for?

To be successful, you will have extensive experience working in a Project Management role with strong commercial and financial experience on a PFI or complex FM contract. You'll have a detailed background
with CDM 2015 and Project Management methodologies as well as experience working with P&L management, cost control and risk management.Ideally, your experience will be within RIBA stages, NEC and JCT contracts, hold a SMSTS certification and hold a NEBOSH. Client engagement and people leadership are key focusses of this role so you must be able to communicate effectively and be a dedicated leader.
