Payroll Advisor, £26,000 - £27,000, Hybrid

About the role:
Join this experienced and supportive team to manage end-to-end payrolls across multiple systems for over 40 locations.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Process monthly payrolls accurately and timely.
  • Complete RTI submissions to HMRC.
  • Manage pension administration and auto-enrolment reporting.
  • Handle payroll data activities (e.g., new starters, tax codes).
  • Support the Payroll Manager and team.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and internal controls.

  • Skills and Experience:
  • Extensive payroll experience, including managing complex payrolls.
  • Knowledge of PAYE, National Insurance, SSP, SMP, and RTI.
  • Proficient in Excel and payroll systems (ELF, Success Factors).
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
  • Ability to build good working relationships and take ownership of tasks.
