Your new company
Hays Specialist Recruitment, Portadown, are working on behalf of a large manufacturing business based in County Armagh as they seek to introduce a Payroll Admin to the existing Finance team
Your new role
To ensure the weekly and monthly payroll is prepared and delivered on time, in compliance with company procedures, data protection and the relevant statutory authorities.
What you'll need to succeed
• A minimum of 2 years experience at a similar level or a strong administrator with the eagerness to learn
• To be able to communicate at all levels.
• To work on own initiative and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of company systems associated with the wages /accounts function, ideally Timeware, Navison and Miracle Payroll.
• Experience using Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Ability to work under pressure
