Job Description

My client is hiring for multiple Payroll Administrators to help with the delivery of their payrolls while they hire, train and upskill an internal Payroll Permanent team.

This is an Outside IR35 position which can be flexible on daily rates and will last for around 6 months. The client would like someone to travel to their site in Maidenhead roughly twice a week and is looking for people to start ASAP.

Experience:

  • Proven experience as a Payroll Administrator, Payroll Specialist, or similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of payroll processes, tax regulations, and compliance requirements.
  • Proficiency in payroll software (eg, ADP, Paychex, or similar systems) and Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong attention to detail, organisation, and confidentiality.
  • Ability to communicate effectively and resolve payroll-related issues.
  • Dayforce Payroll experience is a nice to have but not mandatory
