This is a Partnership manager role, and can be home-based, travelling to clients in the UK.
As a Partnership Manager you will need to grasp and communicate a technical solution with clients, work closely with the Product Development, ensuring the product develops in line with customer expectations. You will play a pivotal role in driving the growth of the business in nurturing people - consultants, software vendors, system integrators to recommend the solution and introduce it to their own customers. and growing relationships with key clients.
These partnership relationships already attract significant new business opportunity within the team for sales people, but a dedicated Partnership Manager is now required to manage and nurture the opportunities.

They have customers across the UK and Europe with a large team based abroad, working in a number of sectors including telecoms, utilities, healthcare, technical services, and engineering. They are undergoing some new growth due to increased business wins.
Partnership Manager - Key Duties:
- Generate sales revenue by finding and developing new partnerships with suitable technology providers or consultants in the marketplace where benefits can be achieved by introducing the solution.
- Enhance and develop trusted relationship status with existing partners to ensure the company is at the forefront of their mind when opportunities may exist for their enterprise scheduling software.
- Identify opportunities to expand the company's presence within existing accounts
- Manager commercial relationship with partners for referrals, resale or other reasons.
- Educate partners on the functional capabilities of the solution and when to introduce the business to their own clients via webinars/workshops or even conferences.
- Look for business development opportunities through networking within the existing accounts
- Introduce the sales team to assist the partner in helping to bid/close new business sales with some support.
- Update management with account performance metrics, including client satisfaction, risks, renewals, and revenue growth
- Travel to new and existing customers predominantly based within the UK, but may extend into Europe
Partnership Manager - Skills required for the role:
- Strong requirement for a background selling enterprise software in channel or partnership development
- Strong interest in technology
- Proven experience of managing large/complex accounts and helping to achieving sales targets
- Ability to develop and relationships and trust
- Willingness to keep abreast of emerging technologies
- Strong interpersonal skills and client facing skills to establish credibility and trust with people at all levels.
- Ability to work remotely from home and as part of a team with initiative and drive to succeed
- Strong customer service ethos
- Ability to communicate at all levels - commercially astute with strong negotiation skills
- Must be able to work under pressure, prioritising effectively and meet demanding deadlines
- Must be a UK resident and have a full valid driving licence and passport
The role will give you a lot of autonomy to implement your own selling ideas for their Product Suite and really help the company make their mark in this sector. You will be supported by the Product team, Marketing and Sales, and other teams. You will be the face of the company in developing partnership relationships and need to be able to handle this pressure and interact well with the clients that have been allocated.
You will have regular meetings and reviews to ensure you understand the company aims and objectives for their products.
You will work with some innovative people and interact with other Managers focused with similar goals.
Partnership Manager - Benefits
The role offers a basic salary up to £60k
Generous Car allowance + benefits and can be home based with travel to customer site within UK
Attractive commission scheme - up to 20% (or more)
