  • Temporary to Permanent
  • Provide a welcoming and professional reception service.
  • Manage visitor and contractor access and records.
  • Handle telephone calls and direct them appropriately.
  • Maintain the reception area and manage deliveries.
  • Use office equipment and software efficiently.
  • Support administrative tasks and coordinate with staff.
What you'll need to succeed
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Professional and courteous telephone manner.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Teams, and Excel.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Previous experience in a similar role is desirable.
