Part Time Reception Class Teacher

Part Time Reception Class Teacher required for a Good Primary school in Stockport.

Hays Education are working in partnership with an Ofsted rated 'Good' primary school in Stockport who are looking for a Part Time Reception Class Teacher.
They are currently looking for an Early Years Teacher for a Reception class. This is a part time role and you will be working full days on Thursday/Friday starting in January 2025 lasting until the end of the academic year.
At this school children in the early years develop strong learning behaviours. Older pupils build securely on this positive start. Classrooms are calm and purposeful. This enables pupils to focus completely during their lessons.
The ideal Early Years Teacher for this long-term teaching position will have/be;

Qualified Teacher Status (UK QTS)

Recent and referenceable teaching experience, ideally within EYFS

In depth knowledge of the EYFS curriculum

Ability to work within a team and individually to provide an engaging and inspirational learning environment

Commitment to providing quality teaching and learning

Paid to scale (M1 to M6)
