Parenteral formulation and Process Development Scientist vacancy for a globally operating Basel based company in the Pharma sector.

Your tasks:

• Plan, organize, execute, and document scientific experiments independently or with minimal guidance, collaborating closely with project teams
• Provide raw data documentation, evaluate results, interpret findings, and propose next steps for experiments
• Identify and address challenges proactively, conducting literature reviews as needed with moderate guidance
• Contribute to the upkeep and calibration of laboratory instruments
• Ensure all activities align with the overall drug development processes
• Adhere strictly to Health, Safety, and Environment rules and guidelines

Your experience/knowledge:

• 3+ years of experience in a pharmaceutical industry
• Proficiency in laboratory and technical tools, including lyophilization, spray drying, analytical equipment, and autoclaves
• Strong skills in relevant software and computer tools
• Solid scientific or technical knowledge in parenteral product formulation, process development, and formulation optimization
• University degree in Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Science, or a related field
• Language skills: English - fluent
