Based outskirts of Guildford - Hybrid working up to 4 days from home and flexible working hours

Salary: up to £45000 depending upon experience and qualifications

Diploma qualified or working towards chartered would be desirable.

About the company and what they can offer

• They are a fully independent IFA based in a stunning barn conversion on the outskirts of Guildford. They work in a very collaborative approach with every client's plan carefully considered and researched thoroughly.
• There is full flexibility on working a hybrid model - they just ask that employees come in on a Wednesday as this is the Paraplanner and Admin day together.
• They also have a company meeting on a Monday once a month too.
• They also offer flexible working with start times between 8am-10am
• Full admin support is also provided, to leave the paraplanners to focus on the technical support aspects
• Exam support and study support and the opportunity to progress into advising if this is of interest are all on offer as well
• 23 x days holiday + Bank Hols and discretionary bonuses

About the role.

They ideally need someone with good experience in various areas of Paraplanning such as Bond Surrenders, High risk products EIS/VCT/Structured Products, and who has dealt with pension switches and Trusts.
