Overview

Role:

This newly opened role offers an opportunity to work in Zenith International's paid social team across multiple clients based in luxury and hospitality sector. The aim is to help them deliver across full funnel based campaigns across a growing list of Global markets.

The core role of the Paid Social Senior Account Executive is to deliver best-in-class paid social activation, ensuring faultless execution of brand and performance advertising campaigns on global social channels (Meta, Tiktok Pinterest & LinkedIn) and ensure that performance meets or exceeds targets. Paid Social Senior Account Executive to support the Account Manager, Associate Director and Director on the Paid Social activation across the global markets.

The Paid Social Account Executive will deliver on four key objectives:

1. Campaign Optimization & Reporting

Ensure that campaigns meet or exceed their target KPI and proactively look for opportunities to advance campaign optimization. Responsible for producing, updating and understanding campaign reports and support with the production of detailed Post Campaign Analysis, including relevant graphs, core learnings and actionable insights.

2. Campaign Implementation & Technical Expertise

Ability to accurately implement brand and direct response campaigns on social platforms. Understands the principles, processes and systems available to maximize campaign performance and efficiency.

3. Campaign Planning & Product Knowledge

Familiar with the full product suite within Facebook Family of Apps, as well as Tiktok, Snapchat, LinkedIn, and Pinterest. Assists with key planning tasks including audience segmentation, benchmark extraction and reach and frequency predictions. Keeps up to date with all industry developments, knows and adheres to best practices and proactively looks for opportunities to feed into campaign planning.

4. Financial Diligence

Through strict adherence to Finance process and attention to budget checking, keeps campaign pacing and spending on track. Responsible for timely booking and reconciliation of campaigns, and in the event of any finance queries, is able to independently resolve.

Responsibilities

Team/Department Profile:

This role will report into the Paid Social Manager in the Zenith Global Paid Social team, a rapidly growing and successful team of 150+ Paid Social experts based in London, India and Colombia.

You will be working across both the Accor and Edrington accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

Multi-market campaign activation across social platforms, in line with the media plans

Campaign optimization to consistently improve campaign performance

Production of weekly and monthly multi-market campaign reports with detailed insights and recommendations, preparation of detailed Post Campaign Reports.

Full responsibility of the financial process; close attention to budget checking, timely booking and reconciliation of Paid Social activity

Clear and timely communication with clients and other internal team members of the team.

Qualifications

Key requirements:

Must Have

High level functional and technical knowledge of Paid Social, including in-depth knowledge of Meta, alongside other key social platforms such as TikTok, Snapchat, Pinterest and LinkedIn

Strong command of Excel including basic functions: Pivot tables, Lookups etc. and confident building and manipulating reports from scratch.

Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.

Ability to work quickly and accurately, in a fast-paced environment.

A hunger to learn and keep up to date with media industry developments.

Will Ideally Have

Experience working in paid social

Understanding of the wider digital landscape

Previous client servicing experience

Completed online social media training courses or platform certifications e.g. Facebook Blueprint, Pinterest academy, and Snapchat Advertising Essentials
