Job Description

Join a leading UK publisher as a Night Shift WMS Analyst, providing Blue Yonder (JDA 9.1 Discrete) support at their modern distribution centre in Didcot. You'll work independently overnight, managing tickets, resolving critical issues, and supporting a fast-paced, time-sensitive operation.

Description

Provide overnight functional support for the Blue Yonder (JDA 9.1 Discrete) WMS

Work onsite Monday to Friday, 10pm-6am at the Didcot distribution centre

Manage and triage support tickets, escalating critical issues as needed

Configure WMS products and maintain smooth system operations

Collaborate with distribution and IT teams across UK and Australia

Operate independently overnight, ensuring continuity of service

Occasional cover for day shifts may be required

Profile

Proven experience with Blue Yonder/JDA 9.1 Discrete is essential

Strong background in WMS support and distribution environments

Able to manage time effectively and work autonomously during night shifts

Confident communicator with solid stakeholder engagement skills

Skilled in ticket triage and prioritising urgent issues

Must live within 30 minutes of Didcot - this is a business-critical requirement and no exceptions will be made

Unfortunately, this role does not offer visa sponsorship

Personable, trustworthy, and able to work well in a small, friendly team

Job Offer

£48,000 - £55,000 salary (DOE) + bonus + benefits
