A client of ours, a firm that is growing in the heart of the city is looking for a new candidate to fill a vacancy within their Outsourcing department. You will report into the Head of Outsourcing and will work on a broad range of clients, working closely with the wider team.

Details of the role

  • Experience in bookkeeping to final trial balance
  • Preparation of management accounts
  • Ability to calculate and post accruals and prepayments
  • Liaise directly with clients on a daily/weekly basis
  • Working on Xero and other cloud based systems
  • Ability to prepare and summarise VAT returns
  • Onboarding new clients to Xero

What you'll need to succeed

  • Ideally you will be AAT qualified, or studying towards your ACCA qualification
  • Experience in preparation of management accounts
  • Experience on cloud based systems such as Xero, Sage, Quickbooks
  • Be a strong communicator, able to deal with internal and external stakeholders
  • Be able to set up new clients on Xero and do the onboarding process
