Oracle Program Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Program Leadership & Execution

• 10+ years of experience in Oracle Fusion ERP, with a focus on Financials.
• Strong knowledge of Procurement and basic understanding of HCM.
• Proficiency in Oracle Fusion reporting tools: OTBI, BIP, HFR, and Smart View.
• Experience with EPM and Oracle Analytics Cloud.
• Proven experience in at least 5 end-to-end Oracle Fusion ERP implementations.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
