Job Description

Oracle HCM Consultant

Whitehall Resources are currently looking for a Oracle HCM Consultant on a remote basis for an initial 3 month contract.

Key responsibilities include:

  1. Act as the consultant for the Oracle HCM Cloud Solution, managing data and business processes configuration, security, authorizations, mass structure changes, and uploads.
  2. Solve system issues and fix from end to end - these fixes may include short-term workarounds but must always focus on long-term solutions.
  3. Maintain close relationships and work with systems administrators in other functional areas; ensuring that upstream and downstream changes will result in efficient and magnificent integration between systems.
  4. Provide support to the HR System Manager for all Oracle Cloud official releases, by participating in testing and the implementation of new functionalities.
  5. Give the right engagement to the overall rollout of the business.
  6. Understand business requirements, translate them into system functionalities, and support their implementation.
  7. Provide input to system procedures and documentation, and train users on new processes and functionality.
  8. Ensure the highest level of confidentiality is maintained in the treatment of personal data.
  9. Actively share specialist knowledge and provide technical expertise to supply a variety of projects and business as usual.
  10. Come up with HR Systems Manager in the implementation of Oracle Cloud integration requirements with external applications across IT and Finance functional areas.

Specific Capabilities, Knowledge, and Skills Required:

  1. Experience working with Oracle HCM (required)
  2. Experience in configuring, implementing, and supporting Oracle Cloud HCM.
  3. Depth of understanding and ability to configure Oracle Cloud HCM Base module.
  4. Must have experience working within an Oracle Cloud implementation methodology and project planning framework.
  5. Problem-solving skills
  6. Proficient English

Desirable Skills:

  1. Experience with Redwood
