Oracle HCM Compensation Stream Leader

We are seeking a skilled Compensation Stream Leader to drive and manage the compensation module stream for a 9-month part time engagement.

The ideal candidate will:

Lead design workshops and manage the stream end-to-end.

Proactively recommend best practices to the customer.

Implement the module and ensure seamless integration.

This role requires a proactive approach, strong expertise in compensation systems, and the ability to work effectively with clients.

Duration: 9 months (part time)
