Senior Oracle EBS Analyst

Location: Dublin - Required onsite so candidates open to relocation is essential.

Senior Oracle E-business Suite (EBS) Analyst required with expertise in HRMS and Payroll processes and configuration. This role is crucial in managing, enhancing, and supporting the Oracle EBS HR and Payroll systems, ensuring smooth operations and compliance with business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide functional and technical expertise for Oracle EBS HRMS and Payroll modules, including Core HR, Payroll, Self-Service HR, Absence Management, and related functionalities.
  • Configure, maintain, and optimize Oracle HR & Payroll modules to align with business processes and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with HR, Finance, and IT teams to analyze, design, and implement system improvements and enhancements.
  • Lead and support end-to-end payroll processing within Oracle EBS, ensuring accuracy and compliance with payroll regulations.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, performing root cause analysis and implementing solutions.
  • Assist in Oracle EBS upgrades, patches, and migrations, ensuring minimal business disruption.
  • Provide user training and support, developing documentation and best practices for HR and payroll system usage.
  • Work with Oracle Support and external vendors to resolve application issues and optimize system performance.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

  • 5+ years of experience working with Oracle E-business Suite HRMS & Payroll.
  • Strong knowledge of Payroll processing, configurations, and statutory compliance.
  • Hands-on experience with Oracle Fast Formulas, Payroll Processing, Element Configuration, and APIs.
  • Experience with Oracle SQL, PL/SQL, and data extraction for reporting.
  • Strong understanding of HR policies, payroll regulations, and taxation rules.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities effectively.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with Oracle Cloud HCM is a plus.
  • Knowledge of Oracle Workflow, AME (Approval Management Engine), and OTL (Oracle Time & Labor).
  • Familiarity with third-party payroll integrations and data migration strategies.

Interview stages include a 1st stage video interview and then a face to face interview in Dublin.
