Oracle Cloud HCM Consultant

For an international client we are looking for an experienced Oracle Cloud HCM Consultant to support the implementation, configuration, and optimization of Oracle Cloud HCM solutions. In this role, you will work closely with HR, IT, and business teams to align system functionalities with business needs, drive process improvements, and ensure seamless integration within the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation and configuration of Oracle Cloud HCM modules (Core HR, Compensation, HR Helpdesk, etc.).
• Support data migration from Legacy systems and integrate Oracle HCM with other enterprise platforms.
• Troubleshoot system issues and collaborate with Oracle support for enhancements.
• Stay up to date with Oracle Cloud HCM updates and new feature releases.

Your Profile

• 3+ years of experience in Oracle Cloud HCM consulting.
• Strong expertise in Oracle Cloud HCM modules (Core HR, Compensation, Onboarding, Journeys).
• Experience with HCM Extracts, Fast Formulas, and Oracle Reporting Tools (BI Publisher, OTBI).
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Oracle Cloud HCM certifications are a plus.

Location: Remote
Start Date: ASAP
Contract Duration: 3 - 6 months, with an option to extend
Hours per Week: 24-40 hours
Rate: Market competitive
