Job Description

About The Role:

A boutique, friendly, and sociable creative agency is seeking an Operations/Admin Coordinator to join their collaborative team.

In this role, you will provide essential administrative and operational support, serving as a key point of contact for troubleshooting and ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the office. You will work closely with the director and wider team, assisting with a variety of ad-hoc administrative tasks while maintaining an organised and welcoming workspace.

This is a fantastic opportunity to become a valued team member in a growing, fun, and supportive environment. The ideal candidate will be proactive, highly organised, and naturally outgoing, with at least two years of administrative experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to a small, close-knit team
  • Update and maintain documents to ensure accuracy and organisation
  • Process expenses and credit card receipts in Xero
  • Keep the office tidy and well-maintained at all times
  • Act as the first point of contact for IT-related issues
  • Manage shared drives and website back-end
  • Set up new employees with the necessary equipment and onboarding materials
  • Manage employee annual leave
  • Manage all outgoing post (weekly post office trip)
  • Proofread and double-check outgoing company communications
  • Organise team breakfasts, socials, and office events
  • Order office supplies including tea, coffee, and stationery
  • Provide general administrative and operational support across the business

Key Skills/Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in an administrative support role
  • A proactive and organised approach with strong attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • IT literacy and confidence in troubleshooting basic tech issues
  • Experience with Xero (advantageous but not essential)
  • A sociable and friendly nature, enjoying teamwork and a positive office culture
