Operations Manager (Security Cleared)

We are currently recruiting for operations managers to provide needed stores support and proactive lookahead to prevent stores related delays. Additional support will enable the Team to provide the full range of services to all platforms including interrogation of LOG Inventory systems to determine stock availability and demand progression.

This is a fast-paced, agile, and dynamic position where your leadership, stakeholder relationship, and decision-making skills will be put to the test. You'll thrive on collaboration and working closely with other delivery teams to support your customers effectively.

As an Operations Manager your main responsibilities will be to:

• Assist in monitoring the budgetary expenditure.
• Use information technology systems, communications and equipment, to assist in the monitoring of the daily business operation and performance.
• Supporting the day-to-day management of the delivery of In-service support within the Supply Operations Team.
• Supporting the monitoring, analysing and interpretation of data to identify trends, risks, and issues.
• Operations, according to customer requirements, delivery plans and support solutions - with a focus on supporting time critical provision of materials.
• Contributing to the management of risks, issues, and dependencies, communicating changes with stakeholders.

Minimum Requirement:

• Experience of stakeholder engagement and delivering customer service
• Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and Teams)
• Demonstrable ability to review and interpret data
• Experience in customer services
