The Role at a Glance:
Operations Executive (GB & Ireland)
Cirencester, GL7, with Occasional Travel to GB and Ireland & Hybrid Flex

Your Skills: Background in Warehouse management and distribution. ERP systems experience.

The Operations Executive Role:
As Operations Executive, you will support the day-to-day activities of the sales teams in achieving an effective delivery of products to customers, and to manage the information flow to and from service providers, principally haulage and terminals, in support of that goal.
You will also manage external relationships critical to the business, such as terminals, hauliers and suppliers.
To succeed in this role you will have a detailed understanding of the company's ERP system and how this dovetails with its operational procedures to produce the desired performance outcome.
Key Accountabilities:
+ Deliver operational excellence with precision, professionalism, and impact.
+ Product Delivery: Booking carriers for deliveries, resolving terminal issues and advising sales team of loading and treatment availability
+ Product Processing: Treatment stock forecasting, planning and optimisation and terminal plan management
+ Problem Resolution: Managing plan breakdowns/ issues to resolution, organising pack returns and reviewing missing and pending packs
+ Systems Support: Involvement in ongoing ERP programme testing, digitalisation projects and providing technical support to sales teams
+ Compliance: Contributing to improvements in operational bodies and supporting with WPA Audit Information, Insurance Inspection arrangements and any other compliance requirements
+ Assisting the Operations Manager with special projects as needed
