Operations and People Manager reporting into the Head of Finance and Operations.
£32,000 - £43,000 FTE (dependent on experience and qualifications) Full time, permanent. 9.30am-5.30pm (flexible) Contracted to work at WC1A. This is a largely office-based role with flexibility for hybrid working where possible.
Are you a dedicated and organised Operations and People Manager able to oversee the smooth running of the operations and foster a positive, productive workplace. This dual role requires a balanced blend of operational expertise and people management skills, with the goal of supporting organisational growth while maintaining a culture of collaboration and innovation. The Operations and People Manager will play a key role in coordinating daily activities, optimising resources. - At least 5 years operations management experience, with proven people management experience.
- Educated to undergraduate degree level.
- Excellent administrative and organisational skills.
- Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and other Office applications.
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
- Working knowledge of compliance issues such as GDPR and H&S.
- Demonstrable experience of actively contributing to continuous improvement.
- Working knowledge of UK employment law.
- CIPD accredited
